Am I Supposed To Be Impressed?

God, I hate Photoshop sometimes. There was supposed to be some shading on Jeru's face here, but PS's levels could not pick it up. And I tried scanning and tinkering with the brightness and contrast a bit, but it didn't turn out well. Anyway, this is a request for of their character Jeru. I really wasn't sure on how to approach this character in terms of personality or how to have him mock anyone, so I decided to have him judge the viewer. I really need to find a new scanner. I'm happy with the way everything came out, it's just that his face looks weird without any shading.
